The theme of this very popular event is "Retention and Recruitment". The purpose of the conference is to:

  • Raise awareness of the ways in which the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) aids staff retention
  • Share information about funding initiatives to support recruitment and retention
  • Raise awareness of Skills for Care tools and resources and how they can support you and your business
  • Share best practice across all employer groups
  • Enable networking with other care professionals

As well as presentations from a wide range of perspectives, there will be interactive workshops, an opportunity to talk to the TSI funding partnerships about ways you can fund your staff training and development, and other exhibitors from the industry.
